Research Assistant & Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

Living Films Advertising is seeking a highly organized, visually minded, and proactive Research Assistant & Social Media Coordinator to support our client-facing research, pitch development, and digital communications.

This dual-focused role involves translating incoming creative briefs into stunning visual reference decks, conducting vital production research, and maintaining our official social media channels and company blog. Additionally, during filming periods, this position offers dynamic, hands-on experience by transitioning to provide on-set Production Assistant support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Research & Pitch Support

  • Visual Reference Decks: Review incoming creative briefs (scripts, concepts, and director references) to source and compile high-quality visual reference decks that accurately reflect the project’s tone and direction.
  • Production & Location Research: Support pitch materials by gathering accurate data regarding potential locations.
  • Media Asset Management: Maintain and organize the company’s digital media libraries, ensuring creative assets are easily searchable and retrievable for future reuse.

2. Social Media & Digital Communications

  • Channel Management: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Living Films’ official social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, to highlight our portfolio and company milestones.
  • Blog Publishing Workflow: Oversee the basic workflow for the company blog, including topic brainstorming, drafting/editing content, securing internal approvals, and final posting.

3. On-Set Production Support

  • Production Assistant (PA) Duties: During active filming windows, shift to on-set support as needed. Responsibilities include adhering to call sheet schedules, assisting the production crew, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly on set.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Industry Experience: 1–3 years of experience in film production, advertising, media research, or digital marketing.
  • Visual & Creative Eye: A strong knack for storytelling and visual research, with the ability to interpret abstract creative briefs into polished, professional layouts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai, with a polished tone suitable for client-facing materials.
  • Software Proficiency: Comfortable with presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint), basic Content Management Systems (for blog publishing), and standard social media scheduling platforms.
  • Adaptability: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible enough to transition smoothly from an office/research environment to a fast-paced commercial set.
