"With Hope and Help: Thailand" is an uplifting and inspiring film about HIV and AIDS, featuring intimate interviews with long term survivors confronting the epidemic throughout Thailand.

In the face of extreme obstacles, and despite the fact that the vast majority cannot afford new Western medicines, increasing numbers of Thai men and women with HIV and AIDS are surviving. With the determination to pursue their dreams, and with a growing network of support, these people are discovering unique ways to lead vital, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

Because of fear and misunderstanding, discrimination has been widespread, and many of these people have been ashamed and reluctant to share their experiences. In this film, Thai people living with HIV and AIDS courageously stand up for the first time and reveal their secrets of survival.
