Community based improvement program in Laos and Cambodia

Village Focus International is a U.S. based non-profit organization empowering communities and leaders in Laos, Cambodia, and Southern India. This documentary project for the non-profit was shot in Laos by filmmaker Farhad Shadravan.

The film covers VFI's grassroots model of operation that differs from large development organizations, which are known to be ineffective and wasteful, by keeping overhead costs low and emphasizing local leadership.

Living Films was hired to polish and sound-mix this project and to produce a distribution master.
