Shattered Souls

Documenting stories of the survivors of the Pakistan earthquake.

Living Films produced this 26-minute documentary with journalist Lasse Norgaard and DP Vincent Reynaud for the Danish Red Cross.

The story is based on a three month observation of people affected by the earthquake in the Balakot region of Pakistan in December 2005. The film team followed victims and field workers who shared their experiences in dealing with the trauma and physical hardship caused by the dramatic event.

The film was edited at Living Films eventually creating separate versions in Urdu, Danish and English.
