Welcome to Living Films and welcome to the adventures of filmmaking in Thailand! As the senior Thai producer at Living Films, let me take a moment to explain some of Thailand's requirements for filming in the kingdom and how Living Films can help.

In order to shoot any kind of film or video production in Thailand, visiting production companies are required to apply for a filming permit from the Thai Film Board Committee. The granting of a Thai film permit consists of submitting several different applications, a film synopsis or storyboard and a film script for approval with government censors.

The process of getting Government permissions here can seem complex and daunting. However, this is where Living Films can really help to make things easy. It is our idea that by making this process easier, it will help to encourage many different types of production to come and shoot in our beautiful country. This is where my long-standing connection with the Thai Film Board comes into play. I have worked as a 'liaison' with the Thai Government and the Thai Film Board for over 30 years now and I pride myself in being able to take care of any and all problems and concerns that filmmakers from abroad may have when they come to shoot in Thailand.
