Dialogue Coach

Depending on the exact requirements and nature of a project, Living Films can arrange for dialogue or language coaches locally. Often they are needed for Thai actors to improve their ability to deliver English lines with an exact pronunciation. We can also get dialogue or language coaches for other languages... for example when a Thai actor is playing a Vietnamese or Chinese character (it's quite easy to find the right look, but the language skills usually still need some help.)

In the past we have also been asked to find Thai dialogue coaches for Western actors who are meant to speak a bit of Thai in the film. This, of course, is much easier to find than the other way around.

Also, in some cases, we have utilized the services of an acting coach. We know several both Thai and British. If used in the right way, they can help boost confidence of some Thai actors in critical roles. If needed at all, we would usually have an acting coach conduct a number of workshops with actors during prep.
