AVID Editing

In Thailand there are many types of AVID's available for rent. Living Films has our own mobile AVID Media Composer system designed specifically for feature film work in the field. It fits on a mobile rack that then fits into a mini-van and can be brought onto location anywhere in Thailand. This has proven to be extremely helpful for films that would like to create a setup for the editor close to the director during production in the field. We also have in-house editors and assistant editors who can help to set up a system, or could be employed on as assistants to the overseas editor.

Furthermore we have experience with creating an upload/download plan for sending dailies overseas electronically. We will encrypt the files to insure maximum security. With this system, we can save at least two days in comparison to sending dailies on DVD by Federal Express.
