This documentary tells the inspiring story of a Thai man named Samran, who has been surviving HIV and AIDS for almost 12 years. The documentary both portrays Samran's uplifting life story and at the same time introduces and promotes a conference in Thailand for people living with HIV and AIDS... of which Samran is the chairman and host.

This film was premiered throughout Europe in late 1997 helping to inspire over one thousand people with HIV and AIDS to join together for the AIDS conference in Northern Thailand in November 1997.
