Living Films coordinated all logistics for the long 35 day documentary shoot which followed the stories of several Thai "heros" who have devoted their lives to 'saving the Thai elephants'. The story covered diverse locations ranging from the famous elephant hospital in Lampang, Northern Thailand, to the makeshift urban elephant camps of Bangkok.
"Elephant Rescue" premiere in Asia and Australia in late 2001 and in the United States in early December 2002.
